- 5 shortbread cookies
- 1 daifuku mochi
- 1 persimmon
- 1 apple
- 1 carrot nut muffin
- 1 brownie (it was like eating chocolate flavored sugar....mm)
Dinner was from Au Bon Pain because their stuff is 50% off from 4-6PM. I never had a brownie from there before. It's yummy. I know that's an awful dinner. Maybe I'll eat a persimmon later.
I'm surprised I'm not dead yet from what I eat. It'll catch up with me, I guess. This weekend I had the most frequent occurences of asthma I've had in months. Bad sign. I guess I should cut out wheat, because I don't feel like I overate terribly. No more wheat. NO MORE AU BON PAN SALES.
