Kathryn informed me that I was on tonight's episode of No Reservations shot back in September when Tony ate at Momofuku Ssam Bar as Olivia, Kåre, and I oogled from afar. Sweet. I didn't get to watch it but I figure the Internet will solve that problem for me soon.
Giant cake!
And there was my view. The cake was a total "WTF is that?" kind of moment because Milk Bar hadn't opened yet. Oh man, their cakes are good.
I'll have a Momofuku love fest post coming up soon. Har har.
Huh, I was watching that while cooking earlier...so I was more listening to it. I did remember reading that you went there, though I guess I forgot it was while Bourdain was there. I'm not a big fan of his but after that segment I AM a fan of Chang's. He seemed really cool.
oh, and I slightly freaked out at the size of the cake!

OMFG KEWWWWL!!!!
Yes yes T_T I need to get a blog going and put up all the goodies about Shanghai's dining scene. Unfortunately that also involves learning HTML. It will happen one day!

Glee! You'll see when you get to watch it that Bourdain had the exact same thought as you when they put that cake down on his table! That whole scene at Momofuku Ssam Bar was great. Hell, I liked the whole episode. But then again, I'm a fan. Next week, he goes to the Philippines--WOOT!

Anna: As long as Chang churns out the delicious food...I AM A FAAAN!
Julie: Damn, I'll have to check out the Philippines episode. I really wanna visit there.. :(
redrhino: Your joke fall a bit flat on me because a lot of girls have short hair here....uh.
Then again, even from the front I probably don't look very feminine.

I'll probably reply to your comment on this page. If you have something to ask me that's unrelated to this entry, please email me instead.
You need stuff from amazon.com and you should buy t-shirts from threadless (I've been somewhat loyal to them for the past five years). Thank you for making sure I don't resort to pan-handling and robbery!
The Canon 20D with a Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 EX DC macro lens is my main camera as of August 2007, although I used to use the Rebel XT before that...and the SD 450 before the summer of 2006. You should also know that I "post process" all my photos in Photoshop to make them suck less. Of course, you need a camera to take semi-decent photos first (it has a good macro mode), but without photoshop, I am nothing.
Add yourself to my pointless map! I won't stalk you, I just want to know where my readers are. IS THAT NOT OKAY? Alrighty. If you add yourself, thank you for being awesome.
Please don’t hate me if I haven’t included you. I tried to whittle this down to a manageable list, but there are just too many food blogs out there that I like! I shall update this list every so often.
