...Yes. Heehee.

Lisa took this photo with her ginormous camera that looks like a gun. Really. I think she said that it weighs 6 pounds.

Also, I got this in an email from New York Press:

That is a fantastic photo! And I like your idea about the pizza's fear. Mwahahahaaaa.

tfp: If the pizza had the ability to shake, it would totally be shaking...with fear. Yes.

Don't know if you know about this already, but there's a thing going on in brooklyn this week that's sorta like Restaurant week.

go and take some more great photos and write more entertaining stuff for to entertain me with! and possibly for other reasons as well.

that's a pretty cool cause. it's sort of one of the ideas i had when i was younger. it was a concept i called 'poor mans kitchen.' it's supposed to be a small little diner that serves food simple to make from scratch. the store would employ those who lost homes/jobs and need a chance to get back on their feet. furthermore, this diner would be connected to a low income housing complex (mostly bachelor pads) so that those who are employed can find housing while they work.

though it's a noble cause, i neither have the resources nor the marketing ingenuity to figure out a way to make it work. but seeing that ad sorta brough back old memories. and who knows? perhaps one day, i may find myself able to take on the task. =)

as for the ice cream, unfortunately, i live in los angeles. but if they're available in early june, perhaps i'll drop by. i'm planning a short vacation there soon.

Jenn: Ahhh!...I heard about that but wasn't planning on going. Cos. I suck. Hm. Hmmm. BUT NOW I WANNA GO! Crap. I don't know anything about restaurants in Brooklyn! And it's so close! (points)

I love entertaining you! I SHALL ENTERTAIN. BY WRITING IN CAPS.

ed: That sounds like a cool idea! And I wouldn't have any idea how to make it work either. :| Keep it in mind though.

Short vacation...you'll have to pack in a lot of food.

uh... i wish i could help you, but i only go to Brooklyn to see the inside of my relatives' homes. and my relatives. at least the food is free.

I suppose you can choose the cheapest option, since you are as ignorant as i am when it comes to Brooklyn eating establishments.

I'm thinking of offering to go food adventuring with you, but I feel like it sounds a little creepy coming from a total stranger. that and my social skills are lacking. I'm really good at generating awkward silences. ...yeah.
I DON'T KNOOOW. CAPS ARE PRETTY ENTERTAINING! THANKS! I ALSO LIKE PUNCTUATIONS!!!,..,/??;.

Jenn: When you said "inside of relatives' homes. and my relatives" I thought, "inside of relatives". Like organs. HAHA..ow my brain. Doesn't work.

I WANT CHIP SHOP, HOOHAA!!!! I'll think about it. That, and my veins. Filling with fried oils.

Haha, don't worry about being creepy. I'm pretty sure you're not. Actually, I'm kinda creepy...um...YES, CAPS ARE DAMN FUNNY! I'll probably reply to your comment on this page. If you have something to ask me that's unrelated to this entry, please email me instead.

After you post a comment, please wait a while before checking if it has been posted. People frequently post the same comment twice by accident. I know that this has to do with the way my site sluggishly handles comments; Dreamhost probably put me on a pooptastic server. If you have any idea how to make MT speed things up, please let me know!

Help out roboppy?

If you do want to help me out monetarily, here are some easy non-obtrusive ways to give back:

- Buy stuff through my amazon ID!: This is the BEST WAY to help me out without throwing money at my feet. I buy most of my material goods from amazon.com, and it would help me shittons if you bought stuff through my link. I don't get much per order, but the referral fees can add up.
- buy t-shirts through my Threadless Street Team thinger!
- Get webhosting with Dreamhost.com and enter roboppy@gmail.com as the referral

You need stuff from amazon.com and you should buy t-shirts from threadless (I've been somewhat loyal to them for the past five years). Thank you for making sure I don't resort to pan-handling and robbery!

Canon 20D

The Canon 20D with a Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 EX DC macro lens is my main camera as of August 2007, although I used to use the Rebel XT before that...and the SD 450 before the summer of 2006. You should also know that I "post process" all my photos in Photoshop to make them suck less. Of course, you need a camera to take semi-decent photos first (it has a good macro mode), but without photoshop, I am nothing.
