Not Food Related: Buenos Aires B&B Advice?

I will have a mega-post soon. I swear!

But first: One of my good friends is visiting Buenos Aires next month and asked if I could do a little advice searching on her behalf. And by that I mean ask you guys for some help because you're cool. Here's her specific request:

Currently looking for relatively modest priced bed & breakfast places (not hostels) in Buenos Aires. I am going through TripAdvisor, but most of the places that are pretty good and that I've made contact with are already booked. My price range: anything below $70 a night.

If anyone has advice, please leave a comment. Thank you (from me and her)!

I stayed in San Telmo (in B.A.) at the Republica San Telmo. The neighborhood was great and they provide a nice, simple breakfast. It was very clean and when I went there was only me and my friend, and one other couple staying there.

Hey Robyn,
We stayed at Hotel Esplendor which I don't recall exact prices but it was very reasonable - two people to a room - http://feistyfoodie.blogspot.com/2008/02/argentina-day-2-and-3-and-7-breakfast.html (I actually wrote about the breakfast specifically but I talk about the hotel too).

I recommend Solar Soler, a small, clean and friendly B&B located in the Palermo quarter:

Palermo is a very interesting neighborhood, with many excellent restaurants (try El Trapiche) and shops. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway stop.

You'd have to check prices, but we stayed at home hotel and bobo hotel. Really loved both!

I may be too late for the comment but I just want to give some piece of advice.

Google Maps will direct you to women’s health clinics if you search for “abortion clinics” and not all women’s health centers offer pregnancy termination.
