This bunny is an early version of Poobs from Adventures in Poofyville. For whatever reason I refer to this bunny as "hot dog bunny" despite not resembling a hot dog at all, unless the hot dog is actually some kind of disfigured bunny creature. Or a doodle on a piece of paper. In that second to last panel, the bunny is saying, "Ooh...faaat coookiee," although I don't know why.
