The ol' weegie red, white, and blue. Norway, here I come! For the fifth time! A number of visits previously reserved only for cities possessing Disney theme parks or my grandparents, now expanded to include the city where my boyfriend...

This is the final post about the trip I took to Norway about NINE MONTHS AGO. Yeah, it's about time. Thanks for sticking with me. Kåre and I started off the day with gas. Gasin'. ...For the car! At this...

Let's go back....seven months. I was in Norway. I'm still writing about it. Refresh your memory with day 1, day 2, day 3, day 4, and day 5. (O_O) The food just kept coming. And coming. And...coming. Until Morten, Kåre,...

Let's go back....six months. I was in Norway. I'm still writing about it. Refresh your memory with day 1, day 2, day 3, and day 4. Driving to the ferry. And arriving at the ferry! "I'm in a car! On...

Let's go back....five months. I was in Norway. I'm still writing about it. Refresh your memory with day 1, day 2, and day 3. Good morn—I mean, afternoon. Taking photos doesn't just allow me to (sort of) visually remember events...

I visited Norway from February 12 to 19. Despite that that was over three months ago, I'm determined to cover it all. Even if it apparently takes me forever. You can go back to Day 1 and Day 2 if...

I visited Norway from February 12 to 19. Yeah, that was three months ago. ...Yeeeaaah. Brown cheese time. First meal of the day: brunost on bread. No trip to Norway is complete (and perhaps no Norwegian is complete) without brunost...

I visited Norway from February 12 to 19. Yup, that was a while ago. You'll be reading about it for...a while. You know what I love just as much as eating? Sleeping. I'm one of those people who, if undisturbed...

A bunch of sandwiches that shall appear somewhere down this page. Up until about 2005, I wouldn't have labeled myself as a lover of sandwiches. Looking back, I don't know what the hell was wrong with me.* When my...

the mountain of clams compells you I had never eaten a fried clam sandwich before I went to Black Pearl, partially because I'm not big on molluscs. But you know what I am big on? THINGS THAT ARE COOKED IN...

Back home. sniffle :'( My heart aches for Bergen. The flight home went well (look ma, no crashing!) and the meal from KLM on the Amsterdam to NYC route was surprisingly good. (Keep in mind that I've eate a gajillion...

I know you like commentary, but... colors sitting by the sea nightlife Yiha! [taken by Morten] break time [taken by Diana] fishies sleepy [taken by Morten] Morten loves the swings [taken by Diana] expanding our musical horizons I like candy...

[Sorry these entries aren't better. Editing hundreds of photos with my new camera can become kind of a bitch. And...I am on vacation after all. The good thing about taking a gazillion photos is that I can refer to them...

[I'm falling behind terribly because editing photos from my new camera takes a gajillion times longer than with the old one. These entries are more abbreviated than I'd prefer.] food time! On Saturday, Diana, Morten, Giso (Morten's girlfriend) and I...

I think we're gonna need more toast The Norwegian day starts with toast. It's a good start. Actually, my Norwegian day started with lung failure. Although I went to bed at 4 or 5 AM, I woke up around 9:30...

whoa I'm too lazy to write anything very extensive, so I'll post photos and descriptions. But here's an overall description. Obviously, Bergen is freakishly beautiful. Seriously...holy shizz. Cobblestone streets are adorable. Just about everything is clean and neat, aside...
